Our Client, Multinational FMCG Company, is looking for a Assistant to General Manager

Job title: Assistant to General Manager
Location: Kyiv

Job description:
• Business travel organization (tickets, hotels, transfers, visas, etc.);
• Coordinate the full range of workflow in General Manager`s Office;
• Coordinate all meetings with General Manager`s Team (according to agreed schedule);
• Coordinate and organize visits (Inward/outward): draft and communicate visit plans, compile travel details, plan side meetings, store-checks, dinners, arrange accomodations, catering, provide support for the corporate visitors with the invitation letters and other documents required for visa processing, etc.;
• Provide assistance to General Manager with other requests;
• Assist in the organization of corporate events devoted to General Manager`s involvement;
• Assist with expence reports and other documents filling.


Candidate Requirements:
• Higher Education
• At least 1 year experience as an administrative assistant;
• Close attention to details;
• Outstanding organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task. Advanced communication skills;
• Respect and ability to work in cultural diversity;
• Ability for strong teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills as well as high level of responsibility;
• Proficient PC user;
• Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian;
